Apeks WTX-D40 Assembled Wing

The Apeks WTX D40 Assembled Kit is a complete backplate, harness, and wing setup with everything you need to get started diving a backplate on single cylinders. Solid and reliable, the WTX is fully customizable and you can move elements and add parts as you need them. The 2" Webbing Harness is DIR and has padded shoulders for comfort when diving in warmer waters.

Aluminum & Stainless Steel:

The Aluminium backplate is the same design as the steel backplate but, made from a much lighter material. Weighing just 0.78kg the Aluminium backplate is better for travel or where you don't need as much weight in the water.

D40:

The D40 donut wing is a larger bladder for greater lift (40lbs). A tough external shell protects the separate internal bladder from damage.

The WTX Set is great for divers who are just starting out and want to get into backplate setups. The WTX is a great foundation for growth so you can add, swap and remove components to suit your diving. The very traditional design of each of the components makes it easy to find parts to improve and customize your setup.
